Just Hanging Out

Samuel walked into the courtyard from his cabin. It was a very warm night but Sam didn't mind. He sighed it had been awhiel since he had came to Camp Half Blood. What ws he doing here tonight though. Who knows maybe just trying to get fresh air.

Frank walked in and sat down behind a tree, The Misfits blasting from his earphones. This place was... wierd, he didn't know, it was odd in some ways.

Sam heard a noise he turned in time to see it was a boy. The boy moved behind the tree in the middle of the courtyard and sat down. Sam blinked for a few moments before going to the opposite end of the tree and sitting down there.

Frank picked up a stick and started writing some notes in the dirt, with lyrics under them. This was nice at least...

Sam pulled out his sword and started cleaning it with his shirt. He held it up for a moment and smiled. It was a little dusty but over all it was clean. He wondered whatthe kid on the opposite side of the tree was doing.

Frank stood up and started walking around. He noticed the boy on the other side of the tree and yelped. "Oh... Hello?"

Mikey walks in, listening to his iPod. The volume is up almost all the way, but not exactly.

Frank sees the boy come in and hides behind the tree again, not waiting for an answer from the other boy and turns the music up.

Mikey's fist clenches around the handle of his bass case, as if afraid he might lose it. He didn't have much to bring with him, just a backpack of clothes, some eyeliner, his iPod and a charger, his bass guitar, and his bass amp. It wasn't like he owned a lot of things in the first place.

Janice walks in with a slight skip in her step. She cradles Jasper in her arms and looks around with curiousity.

Sam noticed the boy coming to hi but ten quickly retreating behind the tree again. Hi, Sam thought clearly confused. He also noticed two other people enter the courtyard. Sam Sighed those were alot of people.

Frank looked at two people who came in. They didn't look that dangerous... Eh better not risk it. he thought and continued writing music notes in the dirt.

Janice sits down and scratches Jasper's ear, smiling when Jasper makes a quiet purr like noise. She looks down and wiggles the toes of her bare feet. She looks back up and sees a few people, "Oh hello.." she says to them, her irish accent being extremely noticeable.

Mikey didn't notice the girl who had said hello, due to his music being so loud.

"Ehh hi," Sam said still relaxing on the tree.

What was with all these random people that said hi today. It was more people then ussual. Oh well, Sam thought with a large sight.

Janice looks around, with curious, spaced-out looking, eyes. She feels Jasper nibble on her fingers and she looks at Jasper, making a small smile. She focuses back to the people, "I'm Janice...nice to meet you all."

Mikey sits down under a tree and pulls his knees up close to his chest. 'I wanna go home,' he thinks. 'I miss Mom and Gerard.'

"Umm hi Janice..... I'm Samuel," Sam told the the girl Janice.

Sam noticed another boy sit under the tree. Poor tree, Sam thought. It must stink having tons of people sit under you all the time. He sighed slightly again and leaned back on the ree.

Mikey noticed somebody sit next to him, and he paused his iPod. "Uh...what?" he asked, staring down at the ground. "I, uh, I didn't hear you..."

"O...kay?" Mikey says, sighing. He unpauses his iPod and thinks, 'Well, at keast he didn't insult me or call me a f** for wearing eyeliner or anything like that. I mean, that's a start. Isn't it?'

Mikey looks up at the boy, hoping to see his face, for some reason, but his head was buried in his hands. Mikey shrugs and thinks about asking him if he's okay, but he decides against it.
