The Mess Hall

Mikey walks into the mess hall. He looks around and sees a pot of coffee. He pours some into Tacito and takes a sip. "Mmmmmm coffee," he says. He walks out, sipping his coffee and smiling.

Hmm. "AH! THERE!" I ran over and grabbed the hot dog I saw just laying on the table. "Success!"

Roxie O'Brien

Roxie wandered into the Mess Hall. She was just looking for something to snack on. Maybe some chips or a cupcake? Roxie walked over to the tables of food and picked up a Aero bar and a small bag of Lays Fries and Gravy chips. Her favorite. It was a peculiar flavor but, it tasted like heaven. Roxie opened the bag of chips to the scent of gravy. Her eyes fluttered and she took out a wish chip. "I wish that there was endless bags of chips." She whispered. Roxie ate some of her Aero bar. Roxie loved sweets. She didn't eat them often though. Roxie finshed her chips and Aero bar and threw the last 2 squares of chocolate in the fire. She threw out her chip bag and Aero wrapper.

Slowing down to a fast jog, and then to a walking pace, Sabarette entered the mess hall. She didn't bother to turn around to see if Arkarian had followed her or not; he was, after all, the one who suggested that they go to the mess hall. She knew he would follow her.

As she walked over to the food, she could feel her stomach rumbling. She wasn't so sure about the noise, because she wasn't exactly in the mood to focus on that. Instead, she focused on putting one foot in front of the other and simply walking over to where the food was.

When she reached the large buffet, she grabbed a plate and piled food on it. She knew that she should have chosen healthier options, but she had just spent ten hours in a car, not stopping once, except for the occasional gas stop. Still, they didn't stop for food, and Sabarette was just about convinced that she would starve.

Arkarian caught up to Sabarette and entered the mess hall right behind her. He walked over and piled up his tray with enough food to feed at least three people. See Arkarian has got a big appetite and is almost always hungry cause he burns through food so quickly. He tossed the best portion into the fireplace silently and then walked over and sat in front of her starting on his meal. He noticed that she had piled up with food too and for some odd reason he hoped that it would get rid of how thin she was. After a moment of silence he got taken over by curiosity and said to her, "I know I've got no place to ask....but is there a reason why you're so thin?"
